How long will the paint job take?

Of course, this depends on the nature of the job. As a guide, an interior repaint of an average 4 bedroom, single story home with double garage will take about 4-6 days.

Do we need to move out of our house while you paint?

There is no need to move out of your home while we paint. We are very mindful of our customers and are more than happy to work around your schedule. We always aim to cause minimum disruption and to make the painting experience is as easy and stress-free as possible.

How do I prepare my home/business for the Premier Painting Group’s painting services?

Before we arrive, we suggest removing all breakable/delicate items from the space. This includes artwork, clocks, glassware, and valuable electronics. There’s no need to move heavy furniture – we will do that when we arrive.

Will my floor and furniture be protected when you paint?

Absolutely. We use clean drop sheets and newspaper to protect your flooring from paint splatters. We also protect your furniture and move it into the centre of the room away from wet paint.

Should I take down curtains and blinds before you arrive?

It’s a good idea to take down curtains and blinds before painting starts. This makes the job easier for us and protects your window coverings from possible paint splatters. If you are replacing blinds or curtains, we can fill in any holes left behind – just let us know.

Do you offer wallpaper removal services?

Yes. We can remove old or damaged wallpaper from your walls.

Can you repair damaged drywall and rotten wood?

We can. We are committed to providing our customers with perfect, professional results. We don’t cut corners or take shortcuts that could result in paint problems in the future. Instead, we make all necessary surface repairs. Just let us know what you need!

The best thing you can do to speed up the process is to ensure proper ventilation. Open all windows and turn on any fans. The fumes should only stick around for a day or two.
